Job requirements

Have a basics understanding of the equipment listed below:

• Package Rooftop Units
• Cooling Towers
• Air- & Water-Cooled chillers
• Boilers
• Pumps
• Exhaust fan
• All types of heat exchangers
• Chilled water & Hot water hydronic systems/ theory
• Basic understanding of BMS, DDC systems

Description

• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Clean driving record
• Able to keep a clean truck
• Able to work 40 hours a week and be available for over time and emergency services
• Professional appearance
• Works well with others
• Training junior team members
• 5 years minimum experience in the HVAC business
• High School Diploma or GED or 5-year union school training certificate
• Confident demeanor
• Communicating with clients and customers

Bonus Abilities

• Experience with air and water balancing
• Any OEM certifications
• OSHA 30 certification
• CPR training or any other construction safety training
• Have experience working in the data center world
• Good understanding of data center protocol, MOP etc.
